Angsana Quan Lan sought to strengthen its identity as a unique island destination defined by heritage, tranquillity, and authenticity. Its existing content did not sufficiently distinguish the resort from broader luxury resort competitors, making it harder to attract and engage the most relevant audiences. At the same time, social media growth and engagement were underperforming relative to the property’s market opportunity.
