WHAT WE DID? Results summary

We diversified organic social content to better target families, couples, and group dining occasions, producing tailored short-form videos, staff-led content, and carousel storytelling that showcased authentic dining experiences. Recurring content series and stronger opening hooks were introduced to improve consistency, increase engagement, and enhance audience retention. In parallel, we structured Meta and Google Ads campaigns around clear business objectives. Tracking was strengthened through the implementation of Meta Pixel, GA4, and GTM across the reservation system, enabling more accurate performance measurement. Search terms were refined to eliminate irrelevant traffic, while budgets were adjusted during the stabilisation phase to optimise efficiency. Ad copy was also updated to include menu links and pricing cues, helping to drive higher booking intent and improve conversion quality.
